School Highlights

Welcome to Derynoski... we put children first

Derynoski School is the largest elementary school in the Southington School District. It is located close to the center of the town and is across from the public library. Although we are a large school we pride ourselves at bringing a small, neighborhood school feeling to our building. Our dynamic staff maintains high standards of achievement along with fostering personal responsibility for all students.

Derynoski is proud of its partnership with both parents and the community. Community involvement plays a vital role in making our students independent thinkers and lifelong learners. Parents are actively involved in their child's education and help create a positive learning environment.
